Qualifications

♦ A decade of service on the AADUSD Board of Education

♦ Unanimously elected to three terms as district president

♦ 20-year Acton and Agua Dulce resident (first six years in Acton)

♦ 13-year AADUSD parent, K-12

♦ Eight years of elected service on the Agua Dulce Town Council

♦ One of the two lead Project Coordinators of VHS Construction

♦ Instrumental in securing VHS State "Bond Match" for VHS Bond

♦ Navigation of our district through the 2008-2013 recession

♦ Head of AD Land Stewardship Committee, 7 years

♦ Support of our district's Charters Initiatives (27% of AADUSD budget)

♦ Saving AADUSD from "receivership" (bankruptcy) via sound fiscal management

♦ Reducing classroom sizes from the high 30s in 2009, to the low 20s currently

♦ Endorsement of distinguished community leaders

♦ Longtime community activist and volunteer

♦ Senior Trustee of the Board, with near perfect attendance during tenure
